In this week’s episode, we are talking to Jessa Glover, an Intuitive Business Strategist and Coach. Jessa is a 3-time college dropout turned successful entrepreneur, teaching others that it’s okay to go down a different path. Jessa worked her way up the corporate ladder until a corporate layoff led her to start her own business as a virtual assistant.
Jessa pivoted her business after not feeling aligned with her virtual assistant career and decided that coaching was a better fit for her. She now teaches other business owners to build businesses that they are aligned with.
When Jessa is not strategizing, coaching, and supporting other entrepreneurs, Jessa enjoys spending time with her son outdoors, taking a saucy dance class, and enjoying the best margaritas Atlanta has to offer.
In this episode we discuss:
-The importance of investing and return on investment
-Jessa’s journey of discovery to what she wanted to do in life
-How “overlearning” can play a negative role in your business
-The challenges that new business owners struggle with when building their business
